We are not interested in putting you into a house as a tenant that doesn't work for you. That’s not good for you, the landlord and certainly doesn't make us happy in our work.
This is why we have a simple 4 step process that gets you quickly to the perfect rental property. 

1) A chat to learn about you
When you first meet with us at our offices in Neyland, we sit down, have a chat and discuss what kind of rental property you want and need. This covers issues such as your area preference, price range and whether you want properties that are suitable for pets and children for example.  

We then match you with our current properties and will arrange to show you round the property. If you think it is just what you are looking for, we can begin the application procedure. 

2) Viewings

Viewings will be arranged at a time to suit you. We are completely flexible to suit your needs and are happy to carry out evening and weekend appointments.

 

3) Application process -
There are many legal checks we have to make, and the application form helps with this. Once you have completed the form and sent it to us, we check identification then apply to Rentshield direct to begin your application. This process usually takes 2-4 days depending on how soon they get the information back. There is a fee of £65.00 per applicant.  Over the age of 18+. (This is Payable upon application).

 

4) Your first day in your new property
With a successful application the next step is more exciting! Getting you into your new property. We arrange a day suitable for you and will meet you at the premises and give you the keys (first month’s rent and bond required). 

We will take meter readings and together look through the property to ensure it is as you would expect. We then leave you (sorry we are useless un-packers!) but back at the office we do the boring admin such as the handover of utility suppliers, removing the worry of having to notify the right people, leaving you just to move in.

 

5) We are your first point of call
For all tenants we are your first point of call as long as we are the managing agents for the property. This means any issues, big or small, call us and we will be in touch to make sure you are happily enjoying a rental property through Guardian Home Rentals.  

 

*PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY CASH PAYMENTS BROUGHT INTO THE OFFICE, WILL HAVE A £15 CHARGE AT THE TIME OF RECEIVING FUNDS*
